About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients with warmth and professionalism.

• Answer and manage incoming calls effectively.

• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate follow-ups.

• Verify insurance information to ensure seamless billing processes.

• Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information with discretion.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, building trust and rapport with patients.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and staff alike.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

• Prior experience in a medical office setting (preferred, but not required).
