About the Role

As an Orderly in our Surgery Department, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care and excellence for our patients. Working under the direction of nursing staff, your responsibilities will include both direct and indirect patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport patients, hospital beds, lab specimens, blood products, and other medical items to various areas within the hospital.

• Assist in cleaning and disinfecting operating rooms to ensure a sterile and safe environment.

• Ensure operating rooms and supply carts are adequately stocked, organized, and ready for procedures.

• Collaborate closely with the surgical and nursing teams to enhance operational efficiency and patient comfort.

What We’re Looking For

We value individuals with a strong work ethic, a kind heart, and a passion for healthcare. Candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent.

• Experience: One year of prior experience in a similar role is preferred (but not required).

• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
